Our dedicated Quality Control team follows a structured, multi-step approach to ensure every product meets your exact specifications before shipment. We start with a pre-production review, confirming materials, dimensions, and production timelines with the factory. During production, we conduct in-line inspections to catch defects early and reduce rework risk. Once production is complete, we perform final random inspections based on AQL standards, verifying workmanship, functionality, labeling, and packaging. If needed, we also coordinate lab testing and compliance checks.

To maintain the highest inspection standards across Southeast Asia, ReachLink partners with globally recognized third-party QC firms including QIMA, SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, TÜV Rheinland, and V-Trust Inspection Service. This blended model gives our clients both flexibility and third-party validation — ensuring every shipment meets expectations before it reaches your warehouse or FBA center.
